Product Details

A nasopharyngeal airway (NPA) is a simple-to-insert medical device used to maintain an open airway by responders at all levels. The Pre-Lubricated Nasal Airway eliminates the lubrication step before insertion and is purpose-built for the pre-hospital environment. The unique flange is an external bevel indicator and serves as a securing feature to hold the device in place.

Features & Benefits
  • SAFEGUARD DIFFERENCE: Unlike latex products, our medical grade silicone does not have "memory", so the product will not kink or become distorted/mis-shaped during storage in an IFAK or medical pouch, regardless of time period or environment.
  • PRE-LUBRICATED: Water-soluble jelly not required for insertion.
  • MEDICAL-GRADE SILICONE: Resists the effects of extreme temperature, retains no memory from storage, and maintains its shape, ensuring a comfortable, open path for insertion.
  • BEVEL INDICATION: Rounded bevel tip allows for gentle insertion, while the distal flange provides for securing and bevel indication.
  • UNIVERSAL SIZING: Sized to 28 French or size 7 to fit small-to-medium-sized adult population for easy First Responder program fielding.1
