Supply Chain & Operations Analyst Department Operations Location Harrisburg, NC, NC, United States Job Summary The Supply Chain and Operations Analyst will work with the Operations and Supply Chain team to understand and align business objectives, processes, and activities, evaluate requirements, and deliver solutions in adherence to D365 governance and business strategies. S/he will be responsible for driving improvements through the use of data and analytics, ERP and MRP optimization and continuous improvements towards improving the overall customer experience and business objectives. Essential Job Functions Provide technical expertise in the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft D365 Process Manufacturing and related modules. Responsible for the coordination and execution of Daily / Weekly / Monthly Manufacturing KPI’s routines improving the business’s performance on Delivery, i.e., back order, supply plan attainment, mix attainment, lead time. Plan, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain business documents, procedures, and reports/dashboards in support of the company’s objectives. Help identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater functionality and scalability. Work with business users to understand requirements and design solutions that meet their needs. Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation. Provide training to end-users on new functionality and enhancements within D365. Identify and resolve issues related to Microsoft Dynamics MRP and other modules. Maintain application configuration controls and governance for best practices within D365, and their alignment to company processes and procedures. Support data management business initiatives and processes Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or another related field. 4+ years of supply chain experience, under a mature MRP system. 2+ years’ experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365, practical knowledge of configuration and analytics, as well as statistical software packages. Background in master scheduling, forecasting, procurement, and demand planning. Knowledge of key inventory performance metrics, turns, margin contributions, etc. Strong knowledge of and experience developing dashboards using data visualization tools and Microsoft’s business analytics service, Power BI. Collaborative skills in resolving long and short positions in inventory.
