Senior Systems Analyst Location Huntersville, NC, United States Job Summary The Senior Systems Analyst is a key member of the Information Technology team, with responsibility for supporting, implementing, and enhancing Safeguard’s ERP system, data lake environment, and other related applications. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills and an ability to execute in a wide variety of tools across a wide variety of business processes. Systems thinking, adaptability, and an ability to learn quickly are essential characteristics of the successful candidate. This position is located on-site in our new Huntersville location. Essential Job Functions: Serve as a primary subject matter expert for ERP functionality. Troubleshoot ERP system incidents and work with internal and external resources to resolve them. Work with end users and business analysts to understand business needs and document functional and technical requirements. Perform unit, user acceptance, and software validation testing as required by Safeguard policies and FDA regulations. Set up new users and provision them with appropriate roles/permissions. Create and maintain data flows from ERP and other business systems into Safeguard’s data lake. Develop and support reporting and analysis solutions for Safeguard data. Schedule batch jobs, import and export data, and perform other technical tasks to support and maintain Safeguard’s ERP environment. Identify opportunities for business and system improvement, and lead projects to implement them. Requirements Qualifications Five years of experience supporting business applications in a small to midsize manufacturing environment. Five years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar major ERP platform. Demonstrated understanding of order-to-cash and supply chain processes and how they are implemented in ERP environments. Strong troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and documentation skills. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment with significant organizational growth and change. Thrives in a transformational environment. Physical Requirements Performing the duties of this job regularly involves sitting, standing, walking, hearing/listening, grasping, and reaching.
