Job Summary Blizzard Protection Systems have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our proactive and hardworking team at our production facility in Bethesda for a period of 12 months (parental leave cover). The successful candidate will be an essential team member with a wide variety of shipping and basic administration responsibilities, for example: Shipping Co-ordinate transport arrangements with the Production and Warehouse Departments Managing the Export and Import of goods, including liaison with The British Chamber of Commerce Generate and Store Import/Export Documentation in accordance with HMRC Resolve Export Clearance delays by providing requested information and documentation and monitor until delays are resolved Liaise with global group companies, suppliers, and transport companies to ensure optimal performance in the movement of goods Input and Management of reporting systems Day to day copying, filing, franking, and distribution of mail We invest in our team members and to ensure the successful candidate thrives, dedicated support will be provided in the form of on-the-job training by an experienced team member, providing insightful knowledge and understanding of this exciting role.
